This week, every pair of eyes is turned to the Scandinavian capital for the "Stockholm Design Week". And, being a design geek, mine are too. I have to admit that for the unlucky one who can't pay a visit themselves, it's not easy to understand exactly what is going on with all the expositors, the Stockholm furniture fair and the Northern light fair... Nevertheless, one of them attracted my attention more than the others: Note Design Studio.

For the "Stockholm Design Week" Note design studio presented "The Marginal Notes" series. The designers explain: "We examined our note books in search of the ideas in the margin, those unique sketches that pop out when you look again, the ones you just need to realise." And they did well. A new collection, colorful, simple and playful. The wooden boxes 'Keep' are my favorites so far!
'The Settler seat', benches
'Keep', simple wooden cube boxes 'The Catch', coatrack
'Tuc', pouf
'Zero' for Zilenzio, mobile project screen
"Many seemed to have a common theme that we simply called “Base Camp”; the simplistic materials and shapes of scientific field expedition tools adapted to stand wear and tear. Screens, filters, cages were transformed into a few different pieces. Objects that separate, structure and sort Nature into understandable amounts."
